Fate of the Earth: Our Waters Symposium Day 2

Fate of the Earth: Our Waters Symposium Day 2

March 21, 2025

Join us for an exciting symposium where we'll explore innovative ways to protect our water resources and enhance human well-being.  MSU and our partners are solving real-world water problems for Michigan communities and beyond. Come share your ideas and learn more at the Fate of the Earth: Our Waters symposium.

The goals of the symposium are to bring together scientists, students and community members to discuss sustainability; explore the challenges and opportunities of improving human well-being while protecting the environment; and highlight collaborations between MSU and its partners who are focused on solving environmental problems, particularly those related to water.

Friday, March 21: Water Alliance Symposium

Friday’s event focuses on the MSU community. We invite faculty, specialists, postdoctoral researchers, students, and staff who are interested in water to join us. Friday will feature:

  • Panel discussions to connect with funders, partners, and decision-makers regarding priorities for water science, engagement, and education

Working sessions organized around the Water Alliance Hubs (Ecology, Food-Energy-Water, and OneHealth) to share current efforts and explore future opportunities.
